Processing costs start from 5% + 30c per transaction depending on how the merchant qualifies.

What are the settlement times?

Depending on which processor is used, it will vary from T+1 to T+7.

Are Reserves taken?

Yes, a reserve is always taken. This can be in the form of an upfront payment bond or a rolling reserve. Rolling reserves typically start at 5% for 90 days, depending on how the merchant qualifies based on previous history

What percentage do acceptance rates sit at with Klip?

This is a case by case based on MCC, local acquiring vs cross border, cleanliness of traffic and more, however can be as high as 90% for the right high-risk merchant.

How long is the onboarding process at Klip?

This varies subject to merchant willingness to progress, however average onboarding generally takes 3-4 weeks from engagement. Process would follow questionnaire, application, KYC / AML, credit review, agreed terms, mid issuing, integration, sandbox and testing.
